• From proforma to closing account process, to be near the customer and inform him.
• To inform the customer about the approximate cost-pricing of the import goods.
• to ascertain CTSP
• To ascertain in advance whether some permissions are needed and then to take necessary permissions in terms of Legislation.
• To register and close the customs declaration form on computer.
• On the import process, to apply to Turkish Standards Institution, Agriculture provincial directorate , agricultural quarantine directorates or other institutions -if needed- and prepare the necessary documents
• To inform the customer in detail about the taxes which will be paid to Accounting Office or to other institution or incorporation during the process.
